Facility Rentals at The Imaginarium

Facility Description

Science Center
10,000 square feet with two private rooms that you can setup and decorate as your party/meeting headquarters.

Upper Events Room
600 square feet with glass door entrance; sink and refrigerator in adjacent room.

Lower Events Room
500 square feet with sound proof door.

Alley entrance for loading and unloading party/meeting supplies. Restrooms located just outside The Imaginarium entrance next to the pay phones.

Rental Times

Monday-Friday:	6-10:00 p.m.
Saturday:	4-10:00 p.m.
Sunday:	Noon-10:00 p.m.

Rental Amenities
The Imaginarium provides the following amenities for each rental:

• Free Exploration of our exciting permanent travel exhibits
• One 20-minute science demonstration per hour; Select from one of our fun and exciting topics!
• Manager/floor coordinator for the event
• Stage for special presentations
• Audio/visual equipment available for use including VCR, slide projector, easels, microphones, etc., as requested.Music system (ceiling speakers)
• Check-in table for guests
• Rolling coat racks
• 8' tables with covers
• Chairs for 60 guests
• Christmas tree and decorations (December rentals)

Rental Rates

NOTE: Facility rentals are available at any time while we remain open to the public. Exclusive use of the facility is available after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and after 6:00 p.m. on weekends.

Catering

Catering is available from the Glacier Brewhouse Restaurant or you may hire the caterer of your choice.

Parking

Parking is available one block south at the 6th Avenue Parking Garage (entrance on H street), on street parking or at any of the many pay parking lots near The Imaginarium.
