Consider the Ways to Save
- Write Your Own Grant - The Imaginarium has
valuable grant experience to share. We can help you locate funders
and provide them with information to help you secure funds.
- Share the Load - Coordinate your programs with
other schools and organizations in your area and share travel
costs.
Call Us With the Following Information:
- Names of all programs you would like to schedule.
- Your first choice of date and two alternative dates.
- The number of students you anticipate will participate in each
program.
- Contact information for your school or organization.
- If you are in rural Alaska, it's helpful to know the name of
an air taxi or other services that provide regular, dependable
service to your community.
Coordinate the Details
The Imaginarium will help you schedule the programs you need and
make sure you are aware of all your options and opportunities. We'll
send you information to help you be prepared when our educator arrives
at your doorstep, airstrip or dock!
Invoice
Our Education Liaison will provide you with a detailed estimate,
showing the date(s) and time(s) of all programs, the cost for each,
and any additional travel costs. A credit card or purchase order
is required upon approval of estimate and before program delivery.
Payment Options
The Imaginarium accepts payment by cash, check, credit card or purchase
order.
Travel & Shipping
Community or schools are responsible for travel costs, lodging,
and meals of Imaginarium staff. Specific fees are determined when
programs are scheduled, but may include:
- Mileage at $0.57/mile
- Airfare & Shipping
- Lodging
- Per diem
- Other necessary travel-related expenses
Cancellation Policy
Weather conditions and other unforseen events may cause cancellation
of programs by The Imaginarium. Should it be necessary for a host
to cancel reserved programs, a minimum notice of 10 working days
is required or the host will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and
all travel costs already incurred.
